 Surplus Lists

As I am sure you already know, there are planned work force reductions in the coming months.  Our BellSouth contract requires that the company notify the work force the 15th day of the month preceding the quarter of a surplus. 

Work force reductions are always a possibility in today's economy, so being prepared by reducing your debt, improving your sellable skills and staying active in your Union is your best recourse in times like these... 

Your union is doing all it can to help you -and- reduce the number of people affected.  To help you make critical decisions if you are affected by a workforce reduction, there is a link to the SIPP-ESIPP at the bottom of this page.
